Cynthia loves what she does, and what she does is motivate and inspire women of any age, business type, size or experience. Cynthia’s vision is to change the world, one business at a time! Like many women business owners, she spent the first 18 years of her career in Corporate America rising through the ranks as a Customer Support Representative, Field Sales Representative, National Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and, eventually, VP of Worldwide Sales and Program Director managing a $42 million business line and creating incredible revenue for the company.
Despite her accomplishments, however, she was unfulfilled. At some point every day, she would think about the promise she made to herself as a child to someday be in a position to help women business owners like her mother grow and prosper by providing the information and support they needed to be successful. In 2001, Cynthia started her own Management Consulting practice, MJC Solutions, which focused on leveraging her experience and insight to help all business owners fuel their sales engines to grow their business and get better results. Over time, MJC Solutions morphed into Winning Sales Worldwide, and Cynthia’s innovative ideas, such as the RAS Sales Methodology, which helped to revolutionize her clients’ position in their specific market. Likewise, in 2006, Cynthia turned a company in Tempe AZ from financial distress to financial success by rebuilding the team, realigning the culture, and streamlining the processes to fuel the organization for future success!
Understanding the importance of community within the business worlds, Cynthia decided to expand her circle of influence and that of her clients to include important networks such as The Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, The Arizona Small Business Association, Business Forum International and more. Always a leader, Cynthia was elected president of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO - Phoenix Chapter) for the 2006-2007 fiscal year, and currently serves on the Greater Phoenix Chamber AthenaPowerlink Governing Board, which focuses specifically on mentoring women business owners.
Emboldened and impassioned by her success with Winning Sales Worldwide and her work with NAWBO and the AthenaPowerlink organizations, Cynthia decided to focus her attention on her true passion: women business owners. In early 2008, Cynthia launched a new company called Women Winning Worldwide whose goal was to create a community where women business owners could gather to learn from Cynthia’s and other women business leader’s expertise, and also gain insight and support from their peers. This on-going CEO Forum consists of monthly peer to peer meetings with up to ten other women business owners, one on one coaching and consulting for each business, and expert speakers sharing and commenting on relevant business trends and knowledge.
In 2009, Cynthia was selected to serve as Arizona's Representative for the U.S. Small Business Administration FedReg Board, and she is currently a leader in the business community and enjoying making a difference in other’s lives, businesses and successes.
