- Monthly two-hour peer-to-peer meeting to provide confidential advice and feedback from like-minded women business owners providing connection
and community. One of the most underrated yet critically important aspects of successful business owners is that they do not try to "go it alone."
They understand what they are good at, and capitalize on this strength in order to grow and expand their business, BUT they also know and understand what
their weaknesses are, and seek out people who are strong where they are not. Our monthly peer meetings allow you to ask questions and pose problems
to your peer community in order receive their suggestions and feedback, while also allowing others to capitalize on your unique strengths and
benefit from your feedback and advice. This information sharing strengthens both the individuals within the group and the group as a whole,
because it provides a platform for creating the friendships and connection necessary in building a community. When one of us has a success,
we all have a success because everyone contributed in some way or another. We emphasize this interconnection and productivity during our Community Celebration meetings
several times a year and it is an integral part of the Women Winning Worldwide experience.
- Monthly one-hour one-on-one coaching sessions that provide customized feedback and accountability to grow you and your business. Each of our Community Leader Advisors is an expert in her field. Whether you prefer a results oriented focus, spiritually oriented focus, or something in between, our leaders are the best of the best. As such, you are able to connect with them not just as mentors or consultants, but as like-minded women who are on your team, and want nothing more than to help you create a plan to be successful, happy and fulfilled. During your first individual meeting with your advisor, she will take you through a GAP assessment in order to determine what your specific gaps are in growing your business successfully and identify your top three goals for the program. Next, she will help you define your strategic objectives based on your GAP assessment and future goals in order to provide a platform upon which create a plan that you can implement. Once YOUR specific goals and objectives have been established and an action plan has been created, your advisor will help keep you accountable and on track, so that you can see faster results and MAKE MORE MONEY strategically and more easily than on your own.
